The owner gave me a mapped out route which I can follow with the navigation system that is in the Tuk Tuk, unless there is no other option. In addition, I adhere to the applicable traffic rules.

The owner pointed out the dimensions of the Tuk Tuk. I am aware that the rear of the vehicle is wider than the front. And I take into account my position on the road when I drive the vehicle.

I will make sure that all passengers including myself put on their seat belts. Everyone should keep their arms and legs inside while driving.

I will make sure that there is no alcohol in the Tuk Tuk, also not with the passengers.

I am aware that it is not allowed to change seats while the Tuk Tuk is driving. This is only allowed if the vehicle is in a safe place. However, drivers may never be changed because 1 driver per Tuk Tuk is designated in advance.

I feel competend enough to drive the Tuk Tuk, and I am not under the influence of drugs, medication or alcohol.

I indemnify the owner against all fines arising from crimes and violations during the rental period.

I have read and understood the terms and conditions on the final agreement and I will comply with these rental conditions. This also applies to the deductible amount of €500,- excluding VAT for each Tuk Tuk (your organisation knows about this).
